Food quality, ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, food safety, preparation methods, and compliance with applicable health regulations remain solely the responsibility of the participating business.

Users with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions must verify product suitability directly with the business before consumption.

V Games shall not be liable for allergic reactions, illness, injury, food poisoning, or any health-related claims arising from products redeemed through the Platform.

12. RECEIPT SUBMISSIONS

Users may voluntarily upload receipts, surveys, comments, reviews, images, and related information.

are owned by or licensed to V Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission.

15. USER CONTENT LICENSE

By uploading content to the Platform, including receipts, reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, and survey responses, you grant V Games a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from such content for operational, analytical, marketing, advertising, promotional, and business purposes.

In no event shall V Games’ total liability exceed the greater of AED 100 or the amount paid by the user to V Games during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
